If you follow a 30-day course, that is 3 packs — ₹7,470 at the offer price.

What happens after you order

  1. A consultant from the seller calls you on the number you entered.
  2. You confirm the number of packs, the price and your delivery address on the call.
  3. The seller ships the order by courier; payment and delivery terms are confirmed on the call.

Sold in pharmacies or on Amazon? The offer we review is sold only through the seller’s order line. Listings with a similar name on marketplaces may be a different product — compare the pack before you pay.

What does the Diabeet pack say it is for?

The pack is printed with phrases such as Diabetic Support, Blood Sugar Control and Weight Management. These are the maker’s words on the box. We do not confirm them, and no study of this capsule’s effect on blood sugar has been published.

Diabetes is treated with medicines, food and activity chosen together with your doctor. A supplement cannot replace that, and in India the law does not allow products to be advertised as a remedy for diabetes.

Diabeet capsule ingredients

The offer lists five ingredients. The detailed label with amounts has not been shared yet, so we show only names. The bottle in the product render shows a different, partly hidden list — we use only the composition confirmed for this offer.

  • Bitter melon (karela)Momordica charantia

The bitter vegetable used across Indian kitchens.

  • Fenugreek (methi)Trigonella foenum-graecum

Seeds used as a spice and in home remedies.

  • Barberry (daruhaldi)Berberis

A shrub whose root and bark contain berberine.

  • Gymnema (gudmar)Gymnema sylvestre

A climbing plant used in Ayurveda.

  • Resveratrol

A plant compound found in grape skins and peanuts.

The seller has not shared the milligram amounts yet. We list only what is confirmed and will add the amounts when the full label is available.

The pack carries the green vegetarian dot.

How to take Diabeet capsule

  1. Take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 after dinner with water.
  2. Do not take more than 2 capsules a day.
  3. Keep taking your diabetes medicines exactly as your doctor prescribed.
  4. Check your sugar more often in the first weeks and tell your doctor you are taking a supplement.

One pack lasts 10 days. The seller suggests a course of at least one month — that is three packs.

Diabeet capsule side effects and who should not take it

If you have diabetes

  • Do not stop or change your diabetes treatment — metformin, glimepiride, gliclazide, sitagliptin, voglibose, insulin or any other — without your doctor. Tell the doctor you are thinking of taking a herbal capsule.
  • Low sugar (hypoglycaemia) risk. Fenugreek, gymnema and barberry have been studied for their effect on blood sugar. Together with diabetes medicines this can push sugar too low. Check your sugar more often in the first weeks.
  • Signs of low sugar: sweating, shaking, a fast heartbeat, sudden hunger, confusion. Take about 15 g of fast sugar (glucose, a glass of juice) and check again after 15 minutes; if you do not feel better, see a doctor.

Who should not take it

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone planning a pregnancy without a doctor’s advice.
  • Children.
  • People allergic to fenugreek — the allergy can cross over with peanuts and chickpeas.
  • People with liver or kidney disease — only after talking to a doctor.

Medicines to watch

  • Blood thinners and anti-platelet medicines (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel): fenugreek may add to their effect. Stop the capsule two weeks before planned surgery.
  • Barberry contains berberine, which interacts with several medicines (for example cyclosporine and some sedatives). If you take any regular medicine, ask your doctor first.

When to call for help

Low sugar with fainting or fits, signs of ketoacidosis (nausea, vomiting, fruity smell on the breath, fast breathing, drowsiness) or a very high reading on your glucometer are emergencies: call 112 or an ambulance on 108.

Extra cautions for Diabeet’s ingredients

  • G6PD deficiency: bitter melon is not recommended — it may cause breakdown of red blood cells.
  • Resveratrol and fenugreek may add to the effect of blood thinners.

What the research says about these ingredients

The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says research has not proven that any herbal supplement helps control diabetes. Bitter melon, fenugreek and gymnema have been tested in small, short studies with mixed results. Berberine (from barberry) has more research, but most of it uses purified berberine in known doses — not barberry extract of unknown strength. Resveratrol studies in type 2 diabetes are small.

Nobody has studied this exact combination or these doses. The one thing all sources agree on: do not take a supplement instead of your diabetes medicine.
