What does the label say Proman Ultra is for?

The box calls the product Prostate support and promises that it supports prostate health & function, improves urinary control & flow and improves bathroom trips. These are the maker’s words on the box — we do not confirm them, and no study of this exact capsule has been published.

What we can say: the formula is a vitamin-and-mineral complex plus two plant compounds, beta-sitosterol and lycopene, which have been studied in men with an enlarged prostate (see “What the research says” below). The bottle itself also says nutritional food supplement, not for medical use — and that is the honest description.

So what is it, really? A daily nutrient supplement. It is not a treatment for prostate enlargement, prostatitis or any other disease, and it does not replace a urologist.

Proman Ultra capsule ingredients

Proman Ultra lists 14 active ingredients. The label in our photos does not show milligram amounts, so we list only the names.

  • Beta-sitosterol

A plant sterol found in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds.

  • Lycopene

The red pigment of tomatoes and watermelon.

  • Vitamin C

A water-soluble vitamin found in citrus fruit and amla.

  • Vitamin ED-alpha tocopherol

A fat-soluble vitamin; this form is called D-alpha tocopherol.

  • Vitamin K

A vitamin involved in blood clotting — important if you take blood thinners.

  • Vitamin B1

    Thiamine, a B-group vitamin.

  • Vitamin B2

    Riboflavin, a B-group vitamin.

  • Vitamin B12

Cobalamin, a B-group vitamin found mainly in animal foods.

  • Folic acid

The synthetic form of folate, a B-group vitamin.

  • Manganesemanganese sulphate

A trace mineral, here as manganese sulphate.

  • Zinczinc sulphate

A trace mineral, here as zinc sulphate.

  • Chromiumchromium chloride

A trace mineral, here as chromium chloride.

  • Seleniumsodium selenate

A trace mineral, here as sodium selenate.

  • Molybdenumsodium molybdate

A trace mineral, here as sodium molybdate.

The seller has not shared the milligram amounts yet. We list only what is confirmed and will add the amounts when the full label is available.

Two things stand out. First, this is mostly vitamins and minerals, not herbs — despite the green 100% Natural badge on the box, vitamins and mineral salts in supplements are usually made synthetically. Second, the presence of vitamin K and chromium matters for people on blood thinners or diabetes medicines (see side effects below).

How to take Proman Ultra capsule

  1. Take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule after dinner, as printed on the label.
  2. Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
  3. Do not take more than 2 capsules a day.
  4. Do not combine it with another multivitamin unless your doctor agrees.

One pack of 20 capsules lasts 10 days at this dose.

Proman Ultra capsule side effects and who should not take it

The label says: Don’t use if allergic to the ingredients. Not for pregnant women and children. Not to exceed the recommended daily usage level. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended to cure, prevent or mitigate any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Don’t use if bottle seal is broken.

Medicines this formula can clash with

  • Warfarin, acenocoumarol or other “blood thinners” of the vitamin K antagonist type. The capsule contains vitamin K, which works against these medicines. Do not start it on your own if you take them — only with your doctor, who may need to check your INR.
  • Diabetes tablets or insulin. The formula contains chromium. Ask your doctor first and check your sugar more often in the first weeks.
  • Other multivitamins or zinc, selenium or vitamin E supplements. Taking several at once can push you over the safe upper limit for these nutrients. Choose one product, not three.

Who should not take it

  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and children.
  • Anyone allergic to any listed ingredient.
  • People with kidney or liver disease — only after talking to a doctor.

When to see a doctor instead of trying a supplement

Difficult or painful urination, blood in urine or semen, being unable to pass urine at all, fever with urinary symptoms, or pain between the legs need a doctor — the last two urgently. After 50, a regular check-up with a urologist is worth more than any capsule; whether you need a PSA test is the doctor’s decision. If you already take tamsulosin, finasteride or similar medicines, do not stop them because you started a supplement.

What the research says about these ingredients

Beta-sitosterol. A Cochrane review pooled four small, short trials (519 men, 4 to 26 weeks) of beta-sitosterol preparations in men with an enlarged prostate. Men taking them reported better scores on urinary-symptom questionnaires than with placebo, but prostate size did not change, and long-term effects and safety are unknown. The amount of beta-sitosterol in Proman Ultra is not disclosed, so these results cannot simply be applied to this capsule.

Lycopene. Studies on lycopene and the prostate are few and their results are mixed; there is no reliable evidence that a lycopene supplement changes prostate symptoms.

Vitamins and minerals. Zinc, selenium and vitamin E are often marketed for men’s health. Without milligram amounts it is impossible to say whether the doses are meaningful — or whether, together with your food and other supplements, they add up to too much.

Bottom line: there is no published study of Proman Ultra itself. If you have urinary symptoms, the most useful step is a urologist’s check-up.

Proman Ultra capsule honest review: pros and cons

Is Proman Ultra worth ₹2,490? Some YouTube reviewers say it is not. Here are the facts on both sides, so you can decide.

Pros

  • Simple routine: 2 capsules a day after meals.
  • The full ingredient list is printed on the box and the bottle.
  • Beta-sitosterol is one of the better-studied plant compounds in this area.
  • The label carries an honest “not for medical use” line and clear warnings.

Cons

  • No milligram amounts in the material we have seen — you cannot compare doses.
  • Mostly vitamins and minerals, yet the box says “100% Natural”.
  • One pack lasts only 10 days; a month costs about three packs.
  • Contains vitamin K — a real problem for people on warfarin-type medicines.
  • Many look-alike “Proman” products online make it easy to buy the wrong thing.
  • No study of this exact product has been published.

Proman Ultra vs UrovenEx: the same ingredient list

We compared the labels of Proman Ultra (KRESS) and UrovenEx (PRIME LABS). The list of 14 ingredients is identical, the dosing is the same and the offer price is the same.

With the same ingredients and no doses to compare, it makes sense to choose by price, delivery and availability — not by the brand name on the box.

Original Proman Ultra capsule vs fake

  • Bottle: dark blue with a turquoise cap, “KRESS” and “PROMAN ULTRA” on the label, “Prostate support” band and “20” capsule count.
  • Box: white with a teal top, “NEW FORMULA” and an illustration, “PROMAN ULTRA” in large letters.
  • The bottle should be sealed under the cap — the label itself says not to use it if the seal is broken.
  • Check that MRP, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates are printed on the pack.
  • Order through one channel and pay only when you have the parcel in your hands; do not pay unknown sellers in advance.

An FSSAI licence number must be printed on the label — check it before you pay.

Proman Ultra capsule: questions people ask

What is Proman Ultra capsule used for?

On the box the maker calls it a prostate support supplement. It is a food supplement with vitamins, minerals, beta-sitosterol and lycopene, not a medicine. It does not treat prostate enlargement or prostatitis; for urinary problems see a urologist.

Is Proman Ultra the same as Kress Proman?

Yes. “KRESS” is the brand printed on the Proman Ultra bottle, so “Kress Proman capsule” and “Proman Ultra capsule” refer to the same product reviewed here.

What are the side effects of Proman capsule?

No side-effect data for this product has been published. The main risks come from the ingredients: vitamin K interferes with warfarin-type blood thinners, chromium may matter with diabetes medicines, and taking it with other multivitamins can add up to too much zinc, selenium or vitamin E. See the side-effects section above.

Is Proman a tablet or a capsule?

Proman Ultra is a capsule — 20 in a bottle. “Proman tablet” is just how many people search for it.

How long does one pack last?

10 days: 20 capsules at 2 a day.

Is it sold on Amazon or in medical stores?

The offer we review is sold through the seller’s order line. Marketplace listings named “Proman” may be other products — compare the pack and ingredient list first.

Is Proman Ultra a Patanjali product?

No. We found nothing linking it to Patanjali; the brand on the pack is KRESS.

Can I take it with tamsulosin or other prostate medicines?

Do not stop any prescribed medicine. Whether a supplement can be added is a question for your doctor — show them the ingredient list.
